Mom’s Pantry Pick-Up

Attention:
Mom’s Pantry orders will be ready for pick-up at the school from 1:45-2:45 on Friday, March 6.

If you can not come during that time, please arrange for someone to pick-up your order for you. (We can not store your items over the weekend.)

Friday, February 28 – Hot Lunch & Milk forms due.

· IMPORTANT: Late forms will not be accepted.

· No exceptions as our volunteer has limited time.

· Everyone welcome to a light supper @ 6:30

· Drama Presentation

Mom’s Pantry Fundraiser Reminder

I am encouraged with our sales so far! Thank you to those who sent in paper orders last week and those who have place online orders.

If you haven’t ordered yet, good news……you have until Wednesday, February 12 to place online orders!!

We need $2400 more in orders to meet our goal of $1500 in profits. 🙂

This is the Parent Committee’s last fundraiser this year – so please take a moment and look through the website – if each family bought one item for their pantry or freezer – that would really help us meet our goal of $1500.

February Events/ Dates

Junior Volleyball Tournament – February 6-10 – in Burnaby

Wednesday and Thursday, February 12 & 13 – Early Dismissal @ 1:30 – Buses run an hour earlier in the afternoon. (Public school buses and PCS both are running.)

Wednesday and Thursday, February 12 & 13 – Parent Teacher Interviews. Please check your email for your appointment times. If you are unable to attend at the scheduled time please call the office and rebook.

February 12 – Mom’s Pantry orders due

Friday, February 14 – Ski Day @ Bear Mountain. If your child would like to attend please contact the office ASAP. Parents are welcome & encouraged to participate at no cost. A waiver form will need to be signed.

Monday, February 17– Family Day Stat – No School

Hi Families/Staff/Friends of PCS:

MOM’S PANTRY: By now you should have the catelogues and info for the Mom’s Pantry Fundraiser. Last day to submit the order forms (with money) to the school is February 6. You can continue to order online until February 12. This is the Parent Committee’s last fundraiser this year – so please take a moment and look through the catalogue – if each family bought one item for their pantry or freezer – that would really help this be a huge success!

BOTTLES: We have reached a fundraising total of $893.80! (Check out the arrows in the elementary hall way!) Thank you for your support! While we will not be advertising this fundraiser anymore this year, you are welcome to continue to take your bottles in and donate the funds directly at the Bottle Depot to the "PCS" account – just let the staff know you wish to do so. They will give us a cheque for the total donations in April.
