Good to Know

  • Our students had fun on the field trip and camp-in this week. We are grateful for the variety of experiences we can have here, particularly when we can be outside in the beautiful fall weather (and have campfires)!
  • We are part of the Federation of Independent Schools (FISA) and appreciate the work they do, particularly in advocating for independent schools with the government. With the upcoming election, they have prepared information that is worth reviewing as you make your vote for our government.

Shout Outs

  • To the parents who volunteered for positions at the Parent Committee AGM. We appreciate the hard work of our outgoing team and look forward to working with our new team! President: Jessica Neuman, Vice President: Kayla Henry, Treasurer: Kirsten Gilowski, Secretary: Jennifer Hook, Teacher Representative: Lianna Hunter.

Verse of the Week – Psalm 121:1-2

"I look up to the mountains—does my help come from there? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth!"

This verse reminds us that help and strength come from beyond ourselves.
