Hello Families,

This is a time of year to reflect on all we have to be grateful for. We have so many blessings and appreciate a reminder to take a few minutes to remember them.

It was a fun week of showing school spirit together. To complete the week our student association planned pumpkin carving for our house teams. We were impressed by the creativity and teamwork shown.

To Do

  • Please sign up for parent-teacher conferences. Some families received an email today and the remainder of families will receive an email on Sunday. If you do not see one over the weekend or need assistance with choosing a time, please let us know on Tuesday.
  • Review the attached pictures of our lost and found items. Students had the opportunity to look over the items but there is still a lot remaining. Please let us know early next week if anything belongs to your family. Any remaining items will be donated by the end of next week.

Good to Know

  • When the weather is bad, there is a chance the busses will be cancelled, which includes our shuttle busses out to PCS. We get notified and send out communication as soon as possible by email (same as this newsletter), Remind groups, and social media. You can also check the top right of the School District 59 page or sign up for their notifications. We may not have school on bus cancelled days so please watch for instructions on the plan.
  • There are regular classes on Thursday & Friday (Oct 15 & 16) for all students not attending the Jr Flag Football tournament.

Shout Outs

  • To the parents who showed appreciation for our teachers/staff this week. It’s nice to know we are appreciated!
