It’s the end of another week and we’ve been hopping! Starting school and making the most of fall weather keeps us on our toes through October. We are enjoying the outdoors and settling into the routine of our classrooms.

- Please consider volunteering for hot lunch so we can all enjoy the benefits of a hot meal on Wednesdays and the benefits of the fundraising for our students.
Good to Know
- All students are on a house team with a colour (black, grey, white, green). There will be days in the year to ‘wear your team colour’. If your child does not already have a shirt in their colour, you may want to look at purchasing one so they can participate. School shirts are great, but any shirt works. If your child does not know their team colour, please reach out to their homeroom teacher to find out.
- Our parent committee supports the school with fundraising efforts to enhance your child’s learning. We encourage you to come out to their AGM, volunteer for a role, and help make the school an even better place to learn!
Shout Outs
- To all who adjusted so easily to the shift in bussing location. It is working well to have our elementary students on the earlier bus so please keep up with getting them there just after 8 to be at school on time 🙂
- To our amazing support staff! World Teacher’s Day is coming up soon and we are thankful for our teachers. Having amazing staff to support them makes an even better learning environment. We are so grateful for our Education Assistants (EAs), Secretaries, Treasurer/Registrar, Janitorial staff, Pastor, and Substitutes. We have an amazing team to support our students at PCS.
- To our Gr 9-12 students who came camping. We had a great time!
