The province of BC outlined new guidelines for Covid-19 today. At this time, the guidelines for schools remain the same. We will continue to do our best to keep our students and staff safe by following our safety plan. We encourage you to have a conversation with your children about continuing to do their part with cleaning their hands often, keeping their hands to themselves, keeping distance with those outside their learning group, and wearing a mask when riding the bus (for the middle & high school students).

There are students and staff regularly wearing masks at school. Any person who would prefer to wear a mask at school is welcome to do so.

Thank you for continuing to follow our guidelines of adults (other than staff) staying outside the building, unless pre-arranged.

If there is anything we can do to help your family during this time, please let us know.

Another way of saying it is…the beginning is pac and the end is the same as all the staff emails. Please call the school @ 250-788-2044 if you still have questions.

The PCS Parent Committee is now accepting e-Transfers as payment for fundraisers (milk, hot lunch, FundScrip, etc). Cash & cheques are still accepted.

1. Please use email: pac
2. MESSAGE REQUIRED – you must state your student’s name and what your funds are for in the message (hot lunch, etc)
3. Paperwork/order forms must accompany funds in a timely manner
4. Your e-Transfer will be automatic deposit so there is no need for a question/answer
5. If there is no paperwork accompanying your e-transfer, you may be donating your money to the Parent Committee, as the volunteer completing the transaction will not have time to track down the information.

If you have questions, call Stacy Siller, PCS Treasurer @ 250-788-2044.

Hello Families,

A few things to bring to your attention:

1. We are canceling tonight’s meeting due to weather and will meet on Wednesday November 25, at 6:30 PM. We look forward to seeing you all there.

2. Milk Order forms are due Tomorrow, Wednesday November 18.

3. Look for Hot lunch order forms coming home today, and

4. FundScript orders are due on Thursday November 19. We are hoping to get more orders before the due date.
