Dear Parents:
It is that time again…..’The Amazing Book Challenge’ is starting for all schools! This is a program intended to promote reading for all children in Chetwynd. All schools, Home Schooling and Pre-Schools are participating.
Every time your child borrows a book from The Chetwynd Public Library, they will fill in a square that represents their school. At the end of each week, there are prizes given as well as smoothies from ‘The Bistro’.
At the end of the 6 weeks, all the books will be added together for a grand total. This is the fourth year of the program. Last year, students read over 1100 books! Our goal is to beat that this year!
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Mrs. Pohl (250-788-2531) or the Chetywnd Public Library (250-788-2559.
Thank you,
Mrs. Pohl
