Friday, Dec. 7 @ 6:30pm – Carolling & Skating at Spirit Park (after the parade)

· PCS will be leading Christmas carols with the community

· Students are asked to be at the park at 6:15 for carolling

Wednesday, Dec. 19 @ 7pm A Christmas Carol – The Return of Scrooge – Come and enjoy a drama presentation including local talent of student, staff and community.

Friday, November 30 @7pm – POW (Point of Worship)

· Mime performed by the drama class

· Skit by the drama class

Wednesday & Thursday, November 21 & 22 – Early Dismissal – school will be dismissed @ 1:30 pm.

PCS shuttle bus will be running 1 hour earlier in the afternoon to make the connection with the public school buses. PCS shuttle bus students who do not ride the public school buses must be picked up at the high school by 1:55 pm. If your child does not ride the PCS shuttle bus please pick him/her up at PCS at 1:30 pm.

Thursday & Friday, November 22 & 23 – Bus will not be available for pickup until 8:15 am due to the driver covering another route first.

1) The next Parent Committee meeting will be in January or February – date will be set closer to time.2) Look forward to the "Mom’s Pantry" fundraiser coming the end of January!!
3) Thank you for all the support given for the Fall Fun Fair!! We raised $1804.91 for the school and $76 for Mission Trip 2019. I will report later on how the funds were used in the school.
4) Fundscrip: Remember to get your gift cards ordered by next Tuesday – this is an easy way to support the school while doing your regular shopping or holiday shopping. Thank you to Lianna for coordinating this campaign! If your child has not brought an order form home, one is now posted on the website under "Parent Committee – Fundraising – Fundscrip" for your convenience.

Dear Peace Christian School Families,

 

We are excited to inform you that SPIRIT WEEK will be from October 9th to the 12th.

Spirit week is a fun week that promotes community and helps us celebrate our school pride. All students are encouraged to participate and join in on the fun.

The dress up days will be as follows;

Tuesday (Oct 9) Pajama day

Wednesday (Oct 10) Wacky hair day

Thursday (Oct 11) Hat day

And the final day,

Friday (Oct 12) School Spirit Day.

School spirit day is when you wear your school T-shirts, hoodies and jackets. If you do not have any of those then you can wear the school colour which is green.
