Hello Families,
We loved seeing most of you in our building this week. We noted the progress our students have made so far this school year and look forward to what they can accomplish in the last few months.
Enjoy your weekend with at least some sunshine and the promise of spring!

Good to Know
- Education Sabbath is happening the morning of May 2. The program will start at 11 am and be about an hour. All Kindergarten to Gr 6 students, Drama, and Music students will be performing. A few other students will also have roles. Performing is part of the curriculum and this is a great time to see our students shine. Families are invited to the program and to lunch afterwards (food is provided).
Shout Outs
- To all of the parents and students who came out to the Student-Led Parent Teacher Interviews. We are proud of our students and their conversations about their learning, as well as the support we felt from the parents for us as a school as well as the education of the students. Thank you very much!
- To our Student Association who led out in a great Easter program for our students! They planned a fun, meaningful activity and put great effort into pulling it off. We also appreciate Miss McKay in her guidance as the staff sponsor for the group.

Verse of the Week – John 14:27
"I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid."
This verse reminds us that peace is a gift of God that calms the heart.
