Hello Families,

It’s time to place your hot lunch orders on peacecs.hotlunches.net for January & February 2026. Order deadline is Wednesday, December 17th. This is a firm deadline and orders will not be accepted in the new year.

If you’ve previously registered, login and proceed to place your order for Jan/Feb 2026.

If you haven’t registered yet, follow the steps below to get started….

· Go to peacecs.hotlunches.net

· Click on "Click Here to Register"

· Enter Access Code 8765

· Complete the rest of the registration form.

· Click the "Register Now" button at the bottom

· Follow the instructions to add each child at PCS

· Once your child(ren) are registered, click on "Orders"

· Proceed to order hot lunch for your child(ren)

Please note – this new program doesn’t have a list of payment options for families to choose from.

So, place your order, send payment to the school and the admin will record your payment.

Payment Options:

E-transfers go to PAC @peacechristianschool.ca (not office), cheques payable to PCS Parent Committee, cash, or FFBC (Feeding Futures Fund BC) – BC government grant funds given to schools to help reduce the challenges of rising food costs for families who need it most.

Once the admin has recorded your payment, you will receive a confirmation email stating payment (for all payment options) has been posted to your account. If payment is not received, we will confirm by text that your family is choosing to access the FFBC: Feeding Futures BC funds for account payment.
