After struggling to set up a new online program for hot lunch ordering and finding enough volunteers … It is finally time to get the Hot Lunch Program up and running.
Here’s how to get started…
ü Go to peacecs.hotlunches.net
ü Click on "Click Here to Register"
ü Enter Access Code 8765
ü Complete the rest of the registration form.
ü Click the "Register Now" button at the bottom
ü Follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends PCS
Once your child(ren) are registered, click on "Orders"
ü Proceed to order hot lunch for your child(ren)
Orders are due by November 17th as our first hot lunch meal is scheduled for Wednesday, November 19th.
Payment Options (remain the same as last year):
E-transfers go to pac
Please make sure your contact for PCS hot lunch e-transfer is PAC not office.
Cash or cheques payable to PCS Parent Committee
FFBC (Feeding Futures Fund BC)
The BC government grant funds given to schools to help reduce the challenges of rising food costs for families who need it most. Your family may choose to access the Feeding Futures BC funds for payment of hot lunch meals.
**Please note: This new program doesn’t have a list of payment options for families to choose from. So, place your order, send payment to the school and the admin will record your payment. Once the admin has recorded your payment, you will receive a confirmation email stating payment (for all payment options) has been posted to your account. If payment is not received, we will confirm by text that your family is choosing to access the FFBC: Feeding Futures BC funds for account payment.
The hot lunch online order system requires a small amount of setup time at the beginning as you must register each child you have attending our school prior to ordering hot lunch. Once the initial setup process is complete, your hot lunch orders for the remainder of the year should be quick and simple.
