Dear Families,
Another week has passed quickly and we are settling into the routine of school again. Our Gr 9-12s had our yearly campout last night and it was a success! We had good participation and generally good attitudes, along with lovely weather! We appreciated getting to know them a little better and enjoy time in nature together. See the verse of the week below for a little of a topic talked about by Pastor Neil during our event.
We look forward to seeing everyone again for week three! Until then, enjoy your weekend and take time to enjoy the extended summer weather!
Warmly,
Mrs. Atherton

Shout Outs
- To all the staff, staff spouses, and parents who did extra to make our Gr 9-12 camping trip a success. And to all the students who showed up and participated well!
Resources
- MyEd BC – Did you know you can see your child’s current grades and missing assignments online? Check on how they are doing whenever you think of it! If you’re unsure how to login, please let us know and we will assist you in getting in. We hope to have some instructions about where exactly to click coming your way soon!
- Online Calendar – Unsure of when something is happening? Check out our online calendar. It is accurate for our current plans although occasionally something does change as necessary as the year progresses.
Verse of the Week – Proverbs 3:5-6
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take."
This verse reminds us that trusting in something greater brings peace in the unknown.
