Happy Friday, Families!
Our third week was a success and we’d like to wish everyone a wonderful weekend with this beautiful weather. Sometimes our efforts don’t make the change we’d like so we’re going back to a slightly more traditional approach for our notes home. Please see below for all the details.
This Coming Week
- Wed Sep 27 – 1:00 pm – Post Secondary Institution visits for Gr 10-12. Our sincere apologies for the mix-up this week.
- Wed Sep 27 – 6:30 pm – PAC Meeting – parents are encouraged to come out and help make the school an even better place to be 🙂
Looking Ahead
- Oct 2 – No School for Truth & Reconciliation Day
- Oct 9 – No School for Thanksgiving
- Oct 19-22 – Jr Football Tournament to Kelowna
- Weeks of Oct 23 & 30 – FSA testing for Gr 4 & 7 students. Please see attachments for more information.

- Peace Valley Industries for a donation of metal for a project
- Chetwynd A&W/Crothers family for a donation of milk for our food program
- Karcher family for use of their property for our Gr 9-12 campout
Good to Know
- Students are settling into their classes and learning. Outside activities have been integrated as much as possible to take advantage of our lovely weather.
- House teams started up, with the older students taking a lead in creating a team poster. More activities to come!
- We’re still looking for some assistance for our new food program so if you may be willing, please let us know.
